When you contact me or book a time, I may process your name, phone number, email address, meeting address, information about the children’s age or health status, emergency contact details and the content of your message.
For security purposes, technical data such as IP address, browser identifiers and spam-prevention logs may also be processed.

Handling contact requests and enquiries: quotes, scheduling and communication with potential clients.
Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
Statistical and behavioural measurement: consent, based on your choice in the cookie banner.

Cloudflare: DNS, web protection, Turnstile, analytics and traffic handling.
Resend: email delivery of contact form submissions.
Cal.com: booking system, calendar synchronisation and secure storage of booking details.

5. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request or prepare a possible cooperation.
